Launch Simple Lottery
The lotteries in GVA Launchpad enable project owners, community administrators, and influencers to create engaging activities for their followers and/or holders. This is an effective community initiative that also allows the creator to earn a commission.
Currently, the basic lottery format is available, with additional formats expected to be added soon.
To create a lottery for a token or network coin, follow these steps:
A-) In the side menu, navigate to Lottery and select "Launch Simple Lottery"
B-) Input the technical details for the lottery along with the promotional information.
1- In the "Token Address" field, enter the contract address of a token within the selected network (e.g., USDT), or leave it blank to use the native currency of the network (e.g., BNB).
2- In the "Ticket Price" field, specify the value of each lottery ticket in the chosen token.
3- The "Max Tickets Allowed per Wallet" field allows you to set the maximum number of tickets that a wallet can purchase.
4- In the "Max Players Allowed" field, you can determine whether there will be a limit on the number of wallets that can participate in the lottery. Leaving this value at 0 means there will be no limit.
5- In the "Fee Address" field, set an address where a percentage of the lottery pool commission will be sent.
6- In the "Price Fee" field, specify the commission percentage that will be sent to the "Fee Address" once the lottery concludes. This commission cannot exceed 50%.
7- Next, in the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields, set the date and time for when the lottery will begin and end.
8- After that, you'll find fields to customize the promotional information for your lottery. The only mandatory field is to provide a name, but it’s recommended to fill out all available fields. You can edit this information later if needed.
C-) In the final step, verify that all the information entered for the lottery creation is accurate.
Once everything has been reviewed, click the 'Generate' button. Metamask will prompt you to approve the creation transaction.
After the lottery is successfully created, you can click the 'Go to Dashboard' button to access the section for created lotteries.
